Mr. Woloson’s practice is devoted to Mediation, Intellectual Property Counseling, and Patent Litigation involving complex legal issues. Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. Woloson gained 11 years of practical engineering experience working in the research and development departments of Halliburton and Weatherford. Mr. Woloson is the named inventor on two United States patents and multiple foreign patents he developed while gaining this experience.
Mr. Woloson began his legal career in 2006. After a number of years in private practice, Mr. Woloson returned to Weatherford as Intellectual Property Counsel, and from there established the Law Office of Scott Woloson.
Mr. Woloson also served as a law clerk to the Honorable T. John Ward in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and currently serves as a court-appointed Technical Advisor / Special Master to Federal District Judges in patent litigation matters.
